It has more calcium than milk and 10 X more vitamin C than spinach. Sweet potato pancakes. Sweet potatoes are high in fiber, iron and vitamin A, B and tryptophan( an a-amino acid that helps break down protein) Trail Mix, chia seed puddling or homemade nut butters. Nuts and seeds contain tryptophan as well that the body converts to serotonin. They are also a great source of protein, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium, vitamins B1, B2 B3 and vitamin E. Grilled Pineapple, pineapple popsicles or pineapple ginger shots. Pineapple has and enzyme named bromine that assists in the break down of mucus in the body. It also contains anti inflammation properties that can assist those with arthritis or gut inflammation.
