Session May Include: Reiki, Crystal Medicine Healing, and Sound Healing Sound Healing Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind, and soul. Reiki is not only one of the oldest healing systems in use; it is also one of the most versatile. This ancient Kemetic/ Japanese method of healing uses energy to balance the body and mind, and its benefits can be felt by both Reiki practitioners and their clients. In fact, Reiki is believed to improve just about any aspect of life, from physical health to emotional well-being to stress reduction and mental clarity. Reiki techniques are used to heal the body, mind, and spirit. It has been proven that Reiki can help people suffering from various major and minor ailments. Reiki has not only helped patients with physical ailments but also helped those with minor psychological problems as well. In preparation for our session: Fast for 4hrs prior. Liquids and green smoothies are ok. Also, do a 15min meditation and focus your intention on the areas of challenge or improvement in your life. I will be attuning myself to your energy, so this step is very important. Lastly, wear light colors. It doesn't have to be fancy. Do not cover your head for the reiki session as I will need access to your entire body.
