Vegan Philly Cheese Steaks #eattolive 3 whole Portobello Mushrooms 2 Green Peppers 1/2 lg Red Onion Montreal Steak Seasoning Oregeno Whole grain organic tortillas or flat bread Vegan provolone cheese Veganaise Grapeseed or avocado oil Directions: Clean and Prep veggies and shrooms washing thoroughly and slicing all in medium strips. In a cpl tablespoons if grapeseed or avocado oil, cook the mushroom until they are tender ( dont season yet). Then add and sautee the bell peppers and onions for 3mins. Add Oregon and steak seasoning. Cook until tender. Load onto your heart healthy bread. Add non soy vegan mayo and vegan cheese and viola! If you're fancy, add some artichoke hearts to the sandwich! Yall this is one of my favs! It's HELLA easy to prepare and meateaters love it too🙌🏾 Tip: For meateaters I cook my mushrooms longer and seperate from the veggies so they are a bit more chewy and have more bite to them :)
