I started simply being more conscious of what i put in my body in the spring of 2018. I have always been into working out a bit because on body insecurities and also a way of bonding with my Dad. In January of 2018 I weighed 202.7 lbs and got serious about Loving me enough to play outside with my Sun without getting tired... Slowly i pout down meat with the occasionally bite when my mindbody calls for it. By April of 2018 I was down to 174.8 and only eating fish maybe once a month. I picked up yoga, put down weights and lost another 25 lbs in 30 days. My brother is a Marine and his office does no meat during the month of June. I joined the challenge and haven't looked back since. It's 2020, I eat what I want when I want and have comfortably maintained 145 to 154 💛🙏🏾💛 I joined this group to expand my skill set. I pretty much like the same veggies every meal because Im working on alkalizing my body and breaking my snacking behavior. Also I am working to bring my Sun to the other side. So fun cool looking foods would help that fight.. He is such a 7 year old.. He eats with his eyes😂
