Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe 1-2 ripe Avocados (remove seed) 1/2 cup or 80 - 100g of REAL Dark Chocolate (not coating chocolate) 5 - 10 Dates 1tbs or 15g of chia and/or flax seeds Maple syrup or Agave to taste Hot water (Optional) Method: 1) Optional method: soak dates in hot water to soften and drain before use. 2)Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth. 3) In a blender or a bullet, combine dates, avocado, chia and/or flax seeds, chocolate and blend until smooth. 4) Optional method: add maple syrup or Agave for a sweeter taste. 5) Serve and enjoy at room temperature or cold. Fresh fruit can be added for extra flavor combos.💪🏽 Note: Coating chocolate contains cocoa powers and veggie oils instead of real Dark chocolate which contains cocoa mass and cocoa butter. *I don't own rights to this photo* 🤷🏽‍♀️😂💜
