Shadow Work Sundays

Shadow Work Sundays is a small group Shadow working session led by Djedi Naz. These sessions are great for past shadow work students who want to stay connected to the work, current shadow work students who want to go deeper, and Shadow work book owners who would like more guidance. 

During these sessions, we will implement different types of strategic practices aimed at assisting you with getting deeper into yourself in an effort to understand yourself on a very fundamental level, release shame, and learn how to rebalance yourself after recalling trauma or after being triggered. We will address this session as a  Shadow work PRACTICE that will include breath work, energy work, metaphysical work, and visualization exercises.

In order to participate in Shadow work Sundays, students must have either an IGHS Shadow Hunter's book, be currently enrolled in an IGHS Shadow work course, or be a previous IGHS Shadow work student who completed the program. Books are available on the website or for pick up in person at the Studio.
