Sacred Soul Chant: Metaphysical Community Choir Meeting

Join us for the 10th Sacred Soul Chant choir meetup!

Sunday 11/05/2023 

In-person: from 2-4:30p pst

Online: 12-1p pst

In-person: The rehearsal location will be in the Mountains: Meet up at Red Spring via Calico Basin Rd. Then we will take 2-3 cars up the road to the actual hiking location. "Google maps "Red Springs" or Calico Basin and it will GPS you there.

Please note, that you will not have strong cell phone service once in the mountains. Make all calls before turning onto Calico Basin rd.

Online Family: we will meet at 12-1 p.m. pst

• Opening prayer- Cruz
• Chakra Balancing via ancestral posing
• Vocal Warm-ups
• Chants: Om Namah Shivaya (108x's) & Om Matre Muye Sale Du

Please wear Layers, a hat, and a backpack, bring 2-3 bottles of water, closed-toe sneakers or boots, snacks, a small cushion for sitting, any tools you want to work with. You will get dusty.

P.S.: Please practice standing tree pose alternating legs, Tuning fork activation w/ or w/o forks, Malasana pose and the chants in advance and be prepared to chant them. Please inform me privately of any health conditions I should know about or fears prior to hike.

You will need to make sure that your web browser is compatible. If you have an error, please try again via chrome or  firefox.  During rehearsal I will not be able to assist you with technical issues, so please, please, please yall try to work this out before rehearsal so that everything can move smoothly. \
