I have been hosting my Shadow Work level 1 course for about 2.5 years now and I wanted to create another way to get this class to my network. So I decided to make it  portable and  compressed the entire class down into 1 book . The book is broken down into 7 units and comes equipped with:

This Shadow Work course-in-a-book is designed to work with your hand held devices.  I also  wanted people to have a book that documents a part of their healing  journey, In their own words. It is my intention to create a  volume of healing journals similar to this one.
